Thea Montauti d’Harcourt Lyginos

FOUNDER

Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, with deep Italian roots, Thea Montauti d’Harcourt Lyginos embodies a rich cultural heritage.

Her formative years in Geneva instilled in her an appreciation for art, while her academic pursuits at Bocconi University in Milan, where she studied Economics and Management for Art Culture and Communication, further honed her passion for the arts.

Her professional journey led her to the vibrant creative milieu of London, initially as an artist manager and subsequently at Sotheby’s, where she immersed herself in the dynamic world of art. Later, she joined Gagosian in Geneva, broadening her experience in the art industry.

In 2017, Thea embarked on a new path, founding her private advisory firm, specialized in Post War & Contemporary Art, where she continues to channel her expertise and passion into fostering artistic endeavors and collaborations.

She also holds the position of Vice President of the NextGen Members of the MAMCO museum in Geneva, further showcasing her deep involvement in the artistic community.

Having been engaged in her family’s family office since a young age, she has gained a solid grasp of its workings. With her experience, she is ready to offer advice to financial institutions on Art-Related investment strategies.

Thea is also actively involved in the board of Fondation d’Harcourt, a non-profit family foundation headquartered in Geneva, established by the d’Harcourt family in 1964. The foundation is dedicated to advancing national and international initiatives and collaborations in the realms of mental health and psychosocial support.

On a personal level, she enjoys design, tennis, and is a certified ASSP Sommelière.

Sofia Citiulo was born in Geneva to Italian parents, where she grew up in a culturally rich environment. From a young age, her passion for art led her to study art history and the art market in Paris. Enchanted by the artistic vibrancy of the French capital, Sofia lived there for seven years, immersing herself in the heart of the Parisian cultural scene to deepen her knowledge and nurture her passion.

Over the years, through various professional experiences, Sofia has gained expertise in several fields, including design, modern art, and contemporary art. Her career has enabled her to collaborate with numerous figures in the art world, thereby enriching her skills and perspective in these disciplines.
